SETTLE LOAN ACCOUNT
I have requested for a settlement amount on my loan account as I want to settle this account, I was informed by one of the consultants that my account has been handed over and they can't assist me Still no one is willing to tell me how much I owe so I can settle this account. I have sent a complaint to the complaint team still no feedback from standard bank.
