SET OFF? = ******* - THEFT! of clients money from a business account

Standard bank STOLE R80 000 of clients money from my business account and transferred it to a credit card account which i have been paying off diligently, albeit small amounts, for many years.

The business (used with the business account) is the only means i have to generate income to pay off the credit card debt. Standard bank *****ING the money has put me in a far worse position now. they will sinlk the business and leave me with no means to pay back any debts as well as bills.

what am i supposed to tell the clients....???

i see the NCR have already challenged standard bank for this practise. i believe this is theft and ********.

the money needs to be refunded imediately and the bank then can follow whatever leagl process they feel fit to recover money if they are not happy with my diligent payments.

the debt collector attoneys would send me monthly statements and thank me for my payments. they offered me a 40% discount which unfortunately i was not in a position to settle but they stated i could continue with my monthly payments. a few weeks later standard bank helps themselves to the full amount by *****ing my clients money from my business account.
