Services standardbank eastrand mall

<p>I have been waiting in a queue for 45mins just to increase my transfer limit.... There services in the branch is poor nobody even welcomes you and staff don't even smile as if they doing us a favor the enquiry queue has two slow people and its its mnt end... The banks gets busy but this branch doesn't cater for that.... This is ridiculous and the branch should cater for the volumes considering its mnt end.... There is no place to sit and there aircons of off... Bottom line I'm closing my account after 10 years banking with standard bank. </p> <p> </p>
