services promised vs service received
Why must we first wait 17 to 25 minutes on the phone to get a human being to pick up the phone, I make this call during my lunch and guess what no one answers and I have no time left. This is every day for the last four working days. And then eventually when someone does pick up the call miraculously dies. Can someone urgently give me a call back as I refuse to be wasting any more airtime and my time waiting for someone to answer me? If I was not paying for this service then I would completely understand the wait but I am paying for services promised which I am not getting but i am paying for it.

Not to mention that first, I need to get transferred from pillar to post before i can get to speak to someone about it.
