Services down
First I thought its just my connection, now I'm in a different area amd still cannot sign on and payments are getting rejected. Very poor, why are systems down during business hours?

I refer to your complaint received, with regards to the Bank's service breakdown experienced on Thursday 10 September 2015.
I fully understand the level of your frustration, and apologise most sincerely for the inconvenience caused due to non-availability of online systems, and system failure in general.
The Bank have publically apologised, and I assure you that we have put in additional staff to assist with backlog, so as no not inconvenience our valued clients further.
We are doing our best to make sure that issues are reduced, and that fixes are implemented to allow quicker response time.
I assure you that until such time that the new Internet Banking is rolled out, we are doing everything in our power to limit and reduce issues on Internet Banking.
I trust that the above clarifies your concerns raised and that business between yourself and the bank can be restored.
