Service with a smile

The staff at the Grahamstown branch are exceptionally friendly and deserve some praise. While the queues do tend get unpleasantly long, the staff is always friendly and eager to help.<br> <br> One lady in particular (I can't recall her name, she was consulting those in the service teller queue, making sure they were in the right queue) was a pleasure to deal with today! Thank you!
