Service? What service?
My daughter app**** for a student loan for which I have to be surety. The STD bank representative at the student branch informed me the that my closest branch would contact me to submit and sign documents. Not a call!! From the Customer Care site I requested a call back. No call!! I called twice just to be redirected me to a different branch/section with a call being dropped after 6mins and a call not being answered after 8mins. Lovely service for a Prestige Customer I reckon?!
