Service stinks!

<p>The customer service at the Maponya Mall branch is beyond ***********. It's utterly mind boggling. The service consultants sit lazily around doing absolutely nothing. At one point, I was certain one of them was browsing the net on a personal capacity. I stood in line for three hours until my patience waned. </p> <p>I would not like any further dealings with this branch whatsoever </p>
