Service Staff Selective in Assisting Client
At the Fourways Crossing Branch when I went to request assistance to have 2 unauthorised debits reversed on my account I was asked to join the queuing system as per regular procedures.
30min into my wait a white gentlemen walked in with the same problem. One of the consultants immediately offered to assist the gentleman. To which the service desk receptionist pointed out that myself and a gentleman that was ahead of me in the queue had the same query that we needed to be attended to. The consultant waived this off and continued to help the gentleman.

Following which one of the other service consultants offered to assist a white gentleman that was immediately before me in the queue. By doing so the consultant had skipped several black people that had been waiting to be assisted.

Following which the consultants started helping everyone as per the queiung system and ignored that I too required assistance with respect to having the unauthorised debits reversed.

When I pointed this out. Instead of assisting me like the 2 gentlemen. She merely told me to wait until 7pm when the credits will be reversed.

I was not afforded the same level of service as my white counterparts. Why?
