Service non existent
We have been sitting at Standard Bank branch in Sandton city for 40 min. In a quite branch, fully staffed and have not been helped. We only need to pick up a card. Standing around and chatting seems to be what people get emloyed here for.
The service and rush to help customers is non existent and disgusting to be honest. I dont have time to wait close to an hour during busines hours.
