Service is not Standard Bank standard

On the 28th February 2015 I visited STD bank branch at Game Shopping Centre where I arrive at 9am for inquiries because my card was not working. I was number nine on the queue and was helped after 12 midday. When we ask why they are so slow and take nearly one hour assisting one person they blame network on their system. I have used standard bank for several years but I never experience such service. There is no deposit ATM at the branch and costumer can only deposit directly inside. Please I am suggesting you ask branch manager to make extra mile especially month end other branches are doing very well with no network or slow employee.
