YESES!!!!!!!this bank is the worse.... every time I want to pay/transfer from my access account I get lot of technical error and I am told to wait bcos the issue is on their side and during that time i cant use my account....this is very inconsiderate....as soon as i move my funds i am closing my account. don't bother urself with this bank
