Service hero compliment

I haven't been treated like a person or individual in a long time, until I met Mrs Orateng Mongale Universal Banker at the Westgate Branch. Wow. It was my first time at the branch & 2min with her felt like I know her for years. We were 6 people sitting together in the que and all of us wanted to be assisted by her. She has that motherly thing about her. She go's over and beyond her duties. She even shared couple tears with me when I told her my problems. Thanks for showing u care. Not once did u judge. I really don't care if I'm sitting for an hour waiting for u to help me. When she does her thing, she does it right. She loves her company and wear her crown with pride. Don't allow anyone to tell u, u not good enough, you are worth it man. You are worth more then you know. U deserve to be employee of the year, service hero of the year. I will be telling people to move to standard bank. You are the voice of the voiceless. You are the change hero. If u don't get recognised for this review then I don't know.
