Service for disabled staff

While I always admired Standard Banks consideration for their employees with disabilties of late I have been disappointed. I drive through JHB CBD Harrison street everday coming from work. One of the security guards would always escort a blind employee to the bus stop. Recently I noticed that she walks alone with a guide dog. Becuase of the changes in how the traffic lights work now (given the additonal features for bus lane only - where they have right of way when the robot is green for that lane, the guide dog seem confused. The staff memeber I am guessing senses that others are crossing and nudges the dog to start moving, however this is very dangerous as buses are allowed to turn as they have right of way. . Can Standard Bank please take this lady through how the changes in the robots might affect her and have the security escourt her like they used to?
