Service fee increase without legal notice.

Apparently as January 2016 there was a price increase in service fees for standard bank Private banking by R70. When I asked Ronald Matadin about it. He insist the price notification was submit, so I asked him for proof and he didn't have any response. Now if having a private Banker means having a personal service, why didn't my useless private banker send me or his other clients an email notifying the change in fees. To further verify this, my mate has private banking with Njabulo ngasa as his banker as well. He didn't receive a notice either. Stop lying to clients Standard Bank, we are leaving daily.
