Service fee

In October 2015 Standard bank took a service fee of R700 of my account, after several calls and reference nrs later no one can answer me what this was for. This was after my normal 200 service fee went of that is acceptable on my account. Till this day my money was not returned into my account. I am with standard bank for a couple of years now but I think it's time to move on. This is not the 1st time that I am struggling with them. Very very poor service
