**** Service !!!!

Firstly, may I just say that I physically HATE standard stupid bank and its sad as I have almost everything with them, Home loan,CC, loans, insurance and have not once defaulted on any of my agreements with them since March when I went on maternity leave with no salary.

Not a single person from standard back came back to me to date when I asked for assistance on several occasions since February when I informed them of my maternity leave and the fact that I will not be getting a salary in March and April. I even sent them the necessary documents as proof. Rather they handed me over to some attorneys and without making any arrangements with me just proceeded to debit my bank account twice in May.

I have proof of all the emails I sent, I have times of phone calls with their collections department and names.

I also laid a complaint, man you should see the response I got. Just shows me the complaints consultant never did a single investigation into the matter.

I really did not deserve the treatment that I received from this bank and therefore I will implore nyone who wishes to do business with this stupid bank to think twice as poor service delivery, *********** staff, no communication and broken promises is all that you will get. They really do not care about their customers.

I will be changing my bank account from next month onwards and will then give you a reason to hand me over.

Its a pity hellopeter has no stars to show a service rating of a negative 0 cause that is what they deserve.
