Service exellence-"leads by example"

I would like to commend Kirk Van Wyk who is the head of SIL Claims Department and leads by example in terms of service excellence .The Department was closed and my Customer needed urgent car hire cover after an accident .Nothing is too much for Kirk to do in order to assist a Customer. Although he was off duty He made sure that the Customer was assisted and received the car hire cover. This is not the first time that he has gone beyond the call of duty for Customers. Thanks to Kirk we had another Customer smiling who was in fact irate and wanted to lodge a compliant. Kirk you did it again.
