Service Excellence in Business Banking

<p>This review is about the excellent service I received from Benedicta Marawu at Standard Bank Rondebosch, Cape Town in December 2016. </p> <p>I had a Business matter regarding a bank account I had with another bank for a business which I sold in May 2012. I needed to attend to urgently and even though I do not have an account with Standard Bank she took time out of her day to assist me. She made me realise that there are still good Business Bankers in this industry. Her advice and guidance had a profound effect on the outcome of my matter and after taking her advice I managed to resolve the matter mentioned above timeously.<br />I would like to take this opportunity to give her a heartfelt “Thank You”. She made me think about the service I experience with my current bank and I would have no problems in switching my accounts to Standard Bank in the near future.
