After numerous attempts to get the information I needed RE our building loan I decided to visit Montana branch in the Kolonnade. A friendly staff member, Jabulani assisted me and not long after that I spoke to Tsakani Mathebula at CCC (Voice Branch). She answered every single question in such detail, I didn't feel like a "number adding to a consultant's call target for the day". Her professionalism, kind voice set me at ease. Overall, I am so impressed with the level of service I received today, I just wanted to take a moment and thank Tsakani for it.
