service excellence

I would like to place on record a compliment on the excellent service. I had received from Vanilla Govender, the private banker Durban(kingsmead). In my opinion, she has added another 5 stars to std bank rating. she had solved many queries, guided me, in making the right choices. I have noticed her following up on my query even after 5 pm for 3 consecutive days to give me the good news that my bond was approved. I had other calculations and cost to work out and Vanilla guided me. she had kept all promises made with me the client, and stood by what the company promises to offer. Her hard work and determination to satisfy the client's request did not go unnoticed.
