Service down for 24 hours already #notacceptable

I wish Standard Bank would give more detail as to why the service is down. Has the server crashed? This vague description of the system is down is making me more frustrated.<br> <br> Selected customers are able to do withdrawals, while others like myself cannot access my money. I was embarrassed and inconvenienced at petrol garage because I couldn't get money to pay for the petrol in my car. I still cant withdraw cash.
