Service disappointment

I have app**** for a home loan over a month ago. The consultant who first assisted me never bothered to get back to me, I had to be the one to follow up with her over 6 times before I got her to at least look at my email. I am in the process of trying to buy a house however with the way this process has been dragging I am in the possibility of loosing it. I cannot wait another 10 days for something that should have been completed weeks ago. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and I would not suggest the service to anyone else. I will loose the house that I had already made a offer on if I don't have the funds available by tomorrow, and understandably so because I can't keep asking the seller to hold on to it for me. I would appreciate a response to this matter by the end of today
