Service delivery at standard bank Alice

Worse service I got to the branch where only one person is assisting by service and enquiries There are only 8 chairs and 3 sofa chairs and few adult couldn't even get chairs to seat Only one person dealing with a question that is made out of around +-27 clients The branch manager is not even out or anyone for that matter for client service as we have been waiting for over an hour to be helped
It is my first time at eastern cape province but this was more of worse service I ever received
