Service Champions
After 2 weeks of appalling service, mainly from their ICT department, two ladies took it upon them to address the issue I had with getting my tax certificates.
I wish to pay tribute to Natascha Tiflin and Mapule Dube for the manner in which they restored my confidence in the SBSA brand.
I trust their management will take note of this review. Thank you, ladies
