Service (beyond) Excellence

I have almost always had good experiences at StandardBank but today was worthy of note. I must add that I didn't intentionally walk into the bank a little before closing time, but all I needs to do was sign a few documents. The person attending to us only ended up logging out after 2pm. He was pleasant & thorough the entire time, even though we were practically the only people in the bank. He went beyond beyond just good service. It is people like JC duPreez & Sibusiso Nkosi who banking a pleasure & StandardBank's customer service is the reason I still bank with them today...and will probably continue to do so.<br> Honourable mention to JC's team leader who was on duty & assisted with completing my requests.
