Hi.

I have asked my previous banker Phontso so many times, to have closed this account 2 years ago as I didn't have employment and unable to keep this account.

But as I know standard bank they never follow their clients wishes nor their requests.

I am disappointed in this bank. And you can keep your account. I don't work and have no income. Nothing all I have is debt that my husband left me with. My kids don't even live with me as me in my state are unable to provide for them.
