Service at bank

Worst experience having to come in to a bank to do actions that internet does not allow.people walking out of bank long wait no progress. How long does it take to pickup card .really???? Now I get checkers slogan ---- rather time to change the bank and not the supermarket.standabank tygervalley sucks
