Service and Costs

<p>Standard bank </p> <p> </p> <p>Your customer service stunnes me. First of all I get told that I will be contacted asap regarding a matter yet i have to wait more than 2 weeks. Standard bank also charges unnecessary cost to my account regarding debit orders that have been moved to another bank account and was paid. They also charge me costs on a overdrawn account and I don't have a overdraft with the bank. Can someone please assist with information regarding who deals with matters with the bank charges like a regulator or some legal advice would be appreciated. I will not accept this from Standard bank. </p>
