Serisha Nagan and Nkululeko Sithole have still not gotten back to me as they promised

<p>I have been promised a few times that Serisha Nagan and Nkululeko Sithole will get back to me concerning my complaint with Randburg branch. , but up till now nothing has happened. when i write a complaint on Hello Peter, an automated message comes back, "saying a dedicated complaints person will get back to you".</p> <p>but nobody ever does. Please check the website: businesstech.co.za to see that Standard Bank has the WORST customer service levels of 2016.</p>
