Serious issues at Standard Bank

After having logged a complaint about the way in which FICA communications were being done, having already been to the bank to update documentation and having received a call from Standard Bank complaints handling people confirming that my accounts are FICA compliant, I still received another SMS this week threatening blocking of my accounts and a call this afternoon to tell me that my proof of address is not up to date. <br> <br> I would advise any other Standard Bank clients to move their business because I think Standard Bank is falling apart seemingly being unable to do basic administration and effective communication with clients.
