sending sensitive info to random cellphone numbers

I have requested cancellation of my bond. I received an email response that you're sending notifications to a number that does not belong to me. A number I did not provide to Standard Bank at any point when I app**** for the bank or when I recently had accounts with you.

I was told that I must go into the branch to have this number removed. Why do I need to do this when in 2017 I app**** for a check account with you I made sure that all information you had on file was correct including my current cellphone number which I've had since 2011.

Can you please remove ********** 419 from your records. I am not going into a branch. Just another reason to no longer do business with you people

You can send me a statement for my bond too. Please do not charge me for this you've blocked my access to online banking to check the balance for myself.
