Send in request for payment holiday on our home lo
I have send in a request for a payment holiday on our home loan account as I have been retrenched last year October and I am battling to find a new job. We have been paying our home loan everyman the since October 2015 . We have requested this as it is going to be very difficult to do the payment as from end of April 2016. I have send the first request on the 17th March 16. Every time I phone nobody can give me an answer to say if it has been approved . Everyone is telling me it is with the manager.
