This beneficiary is now living in a home which belongs to the estate, running up rates and taxes and living without paying rent or any expenses related to the house. You as the chosen executors were the 'referee' chosen to fairly distribute the assets to ALL beneficiaries, but you handed the ball to the other team. The estate is now at standstill because of the direct and bias actions of your representatives. Its been almost 2 years now since you sold a product you had no intention on delivering on, but you still try sell me your so called word.
