Selling of the incorrect property

I bought a house that Standard Bank put on auction with Park Village Auctioneers,auction date 15/06/2012. in Port Shepstone. The house they sold me was Erf 2181,the house was only but a shell we restored everything.Only to find out sometime in January that they sold me the incorrect property.The property they sold to me is Erf 2351 that belongs to someone else.I got a complete report from the Surveyor in the begining from Febuary,Standard Bank and Park Village is aware from this problem from Febuary. Keith Green from Park Village has come to Port Shepstone to see the mistake they have made and we took him to the correct property 2181 that was suposed to have been sold to us,we would have never bought anyway.Standard Bank say not their mistake Park Village say they cannot help us until they hear from Standard Bank,they have contacted Standard Bank but no help from them.I went into a branch here in Febuary,i only recieved an email on Friday the 10th to say Tony Kennedy is on leave.My question is he new the problem before he went on leave,so is he the only person that can help us,i rep**** the email to ask the same question but was told to wait for him.
