Security Questions - Flawed

Standard Bank and I'm sure other banks have implemented a new security policy whereby they ask you a bunch of questions related to other information they have about you. This is all fine and well except when the information they have is incorrect and you fail the inquest based on the incorrect information they have on record. In theory it makes sense but when the information they have on record is incorrect it leads to client frustration. Is Standard Bank or any other bank for that matter on a serious drive to frustrate their customers to no end. Increasing security is great and I'm all for it but surely there is a better way to do security checks. I'm sure I am not the only one complaining about this and I hope that Standard Bank realises that this method is flawed and go back to the drawing board and come up with a better method. Apple and iTunes have a great security system. Dont reinvent the wheel Standard Bank, just learn from the best.
