Security Questions falsely failed. Useless help centre!

So I spoke to an assistant soon after posting this complaint indeed. I am still unhappy with the problem on your system. If there is just a tiny misunderstanding on the verification list of questions regarding security to ensure the right client or person is on the other end of your line, I recommend that you email the client to ensure that the questions and correct answers get updated on your side in order to facilitate the next call coming from the same client. Your job is to make it easier for the good guys and not treat the good guys as a potential ********! Send me the answers to the security questions so I can verify and update your list of "answers". For instance, 30+ years ago I used to have an FNB account, so if for some strange reason, one of the questions are, do you have an FNB account? And I say "NO", your system could flag me. YOU need to fix this! And you need to do the same with ALL your clients! UPDATE YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS!
