Security concern!! Cellphone linked to other client

I have in the past week been receiving texts to my cellphone regarding an unpaid credit card account ending with ***1920

Knowing the amount of ***** that occurs in this country, I was concerned. I contacted Std Bank who assured me that no such account exists on my name and it might be some type of system problem [call was made to ***on 15/05 at 14h11];

I am still receiving these texts. My cellphone is linked to someone else's account...which is a security concern for me!! This needs to be fixed asap. And besides you are clearly not reaching your intended target. I've tried calling the phone number on the text message ***), but you hold on for too long.

Please remove my cellphone number from any account not in my name. I've had this number for 19 years, so there can't be any confusion there. I'm sure your IT dept can run a simple SQL script to retrieve all accounts linked to my cellphone.

Fix this please!! And make sure that there is no ********** activity on my account
