Security and Miscommunication

Date:04/11/21 Branch:Standard Bank Albert Street Good Evening I just wanted to inform standard bank about the most unpleasant experience i had today at standardbank Albert Street I work for a company that's been banking with you guys for years and so do i, i was sent to pay school fees for my bosses kids which i have been paying from the start of 2021 inside the standard bank branch by tillers which I have some proof of from February and i was told to do so by my boss itself, today i was shocked to hear that i am no longer allowed to pay inside the bank and must use the atm when did this rule come about where in the bank does it state do not waste your time waiting in line to deposit amounts under R20k Go to atms i even asked the tiller but she stamped a slip to say i don't have to wait in line at atm And go right to the front in the first place it's not even safe to go take big amounts of cash and deposit in atm because of the crime rate but certainly standard bank doesn't worry about a customer's needs i even begged the tiller to please help me out as im already here But never the less i went down to the atm where security guard from enforce security was there i waited like a dog there for his attention as he kept ignoring me until i got frustrated and asked him why you keep ignoring me im here from upstairs and he had such a terrible attitude until a lady that was working by the atm assisted me, when done i pointed fingers at Phillip from enforce and told him to resolve his attitude as it's not good he then swore me f and bs so i confronted him and he was ready to fight with me until i returned with swearing words out of all my anger and frustration i mean is this the level of service expected at a bank where even the security is ready to fight with you instead of assisting you Im even ready to stop banking with you guys and move over to fnb because there always so welcoming and always ready to assist and get things done even if it means going out there way Even with nedbank from the guards to the bank everyone is so pleasant and assisting and not judged over race or colour im not been fussy but the way things was dealt with today was totally not professional from both sides I have complained to enforce security regarding there security guard Phillip and i hope justice is served From standard bank itself as i am really upset.
