Second Bond Declined due to incorrect property eva

My name is Tessa and I have app**** for a 2nd bond with standard bank homeloans in Oct 2015
they declined the amount i app**** for because they don't find value enough for the amount requested
Firstly the evaluator does not know his job because he said my car awning costed me r30 000 which is so
extreme because it only costed r7000 so he does not know his job and what he is doing. It just shows
they hire idiots to evaluate property at standard bank. Then they tell me I only qualify for r88000 and my builder needs r300 000 to extend my house so there is nothing they can do because the value of my house I bought in 2007 for r650000 from them is only valued at r680 000 so they we good enough to pay a bond for 9 years
on such an huge home loan and now they cant give us the correct value of the property so i can extend
and then they take almiost 2 mnths with my application and no one gets back to me, they didn't even make use of the credit act when granting me the credit all those years ago they just were reckless in granting the credit
cos now they realise the mistake and no one wants to own up to it. I am taking this matter up further with my lawyers go to hell standard bank
