Scarmed under their nose

I opened an account at Standard bank. They wrote the account number on my card. I gave the person to deposit on my account, days passed I don’t receive the money. I went to the bank again they told me that the account belongs to someone else, that means the money is deposited into someone’s account. They tried to call the person to refund the money and the person doesn’t want to. I believe if the person refund or not refund the money is not my problem is theirs. Why must I suffer for their mistakes? I want my money asap.
