******** working with other ********

I’d like to know why Standard Bank is giving personal details to ******** under the guise of credit card collections? Ever day I’m being harassed by a company called MacRobert attorney’s who claim I’m in arrears in my credit, which is odd considering I have record of monthly payments. Then I receive numerous emails from the same attorneys requesting my personal information, including ID numbers and passwords in order to “sign in” to secret documents they email you. Have now just got off the phone with some horrid woman who refused to take no for an answer when I refused to give her my private details. You’re calling me, why don’t you know my information? Why must I trust you that you’re not a *******. She then proceeded to be rude and speak over me with an attitude when I told her no. And when I asked her if she speaks like this to all people and if she’s a representative of Standard Bank she then got defensive. How do you get defensive when you’re the one involved with a ****? I have stop yet to be contacted by Standard Bank themselves, so my only conclusion is that they are in on this
