Standard Bank decided to upgrade my account to prestige without my knowledge and approval charged me extra for 6 months. I only picked that up when i had to replace a faulty card, I then downgraded to a lower account which i normally use. I raised the issue and the branch couldn't answer me i then decided to take it to tweeter yet they not assisting me
