Hi, I'd like to lodge a complaint with you, I'm staying in Mmabatho & on Thursday the 30 May I was in my office doing my every day job when a call came in. They identified themselves as people from ***** section Std bank (hoax)& were cautioning me about people trying to buy goods with my account. They started by revealing my ID, residential address, names, date of birth & my card details both credit and debit cards. That's to assure me that they are genuine. They said people are busy buying with account & I need to stop both accounts. A message was send to my phone & they requested for the number appearing on the message, fearing that I'm losing money I then obliged. These people bought things to the value of R7444, not once did my phone alert me & even the bank never got back to me as usual when my account is abused to ask whether I authorized it. Today the bank has declined to reimburse me saying I disclosed OTP numbers which I never knew were secret. Nobody has ever told me not to divulge those to anyone. Can you please assist me.
