I keep getting calls from BD attorneys asking me when I'm going to pay my standard bank credit card. Now I got an sms saying my account has been handed over for overdue payment. I've paid both my credit card on time some times before the time. I called standard bank and got no assistance. I'm really irritated. Ive never got a call from standard bank regarding my credit card as I've made payments.

Standard bank provided feedback that they had a system error and my name was sent to the attorney by mistake. I was promised an email stating the error. I never received any email. I still keeping getting calls from the attorney asking me to make payment arrangements. Standard bank service it truly shocking as I'm being harassed by attorney yet I'm up to date with all my payments. Truelly bad service from SBSA.
