SBV harassing and threatening customers

I was in boxers superstore in boksburg goin to the inside standard bank ATM. When I saw a sbv security guard. I asked him him the atm is closed or can I wait till they are finished. Instead of them saying yes or no. The other security guard came in the store and threatened to point a gun at me and shot me in the middle of the store. When I asked to repeat himself the security guard standing by the atm pushed me away. I made a scene telling them that they dont have any right to harrassed or threaten me. Asked for the manager of the boxer store and played a complaint.

When I asked one of the security guards their name so I could complain to sbv, he rep**** by saying "your mother".

I then saw at him.

I called the customer service line for boxer, only for the lady on the other line to tell me that they dont work for sbv. Really, that's the response of an agent who has just had that one of their customers was being threatened and harrassed.

This is outraged and crazy. Really disappointed by this act from sbv.

So I stand out side to wait for them to finish and then when the guard comes out he continues to threaten to bit me.
