SBSA VAF is the worst!!!!

Its so irresponsible for Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance to directly debit someone else's vehicle account against my personal bank. I can understand if there was an error, we are human after all. What is really disappointing is that I have to constantly follow up to find out this won't happen going forward. A month has passed and nobody's giving comforting feedback that this was an isolated incident and won't happen again.The consultants keep me on hold and offer no real solution. This is time consuming and costly. I personally will never advise anyone to take up Vehicle Finance with Standard Bank.
