SBSA the merciless bank

We've had our bond with SBSA since 2011 & have always been up to date with our instalments till I became unemployed from June 2021 - November 2022. As soon as I started a new permanent job in December 2022 I did the honorable & responsible thing by contacting them to make a payment arrangement & have a debit order loaded. Everyone I spoke to as the bank told me that my account is handed over & that they can't assist. I was referred to a collections agency, who was also not interested & referred me back to SBSA. Today, I received a notice from the court (dated 23 August 2023) that they want to evict me & my family (throw us out in the street) & repossess our house which we've been living in for the last 13 years & always paid timeously, until I became unemployed. I'm currently making monthly direct EFT payments since I got employed, as the bank & it's collections Agency refused to help me with a payment arrangement, but it seems like that's not good enough for them. I think nothing will make them more happy than seeing my family & I out in the streets, suffering & humiliated, even after reaching out to them on many occasions to meet us halfway with a payment arrangement.
