SBSA sending personal information to unauthorised people, i.e. bank transactions
I have been divorced for 2 years. I have asked and the bank confirmed that there is no link between my accounts and my ex-husbands. I have learnt that notifications for all my transactions on my cheque account is being sent to his cell number. Even if our accounts were linked, I NEVER gave permission for my notifications to go to his cell number. The bank cannot find the issue. They keep on telling me only my number is setup for my notifications, but he sends me screenshots of the sms' he gets on my transactions. This is against the Law to send my information to a person where I haven't given permission to, but they don't care to resolve it.
