SBSA loses Title deed and expects me to pay

SBSA has now delayed my transfer by 7 weeks costing me thousands of rands. After 7 weeks they finally admit that between their incompetence and that of their attorneys they have now lost my title deed. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY.
